The Details
- Pay Rate: Β£37.50 per hour (Umbrella). Potentially up to Β£39ph (experience dependent).
- Locations: Croydon or Grays (Essex).
- Working Style: Hybrid. Manage your own diary with the flexibility to work from home between visits and hearings.

The Role
- You will be focused on Private Law proceedings, specifically:
- Managing a consistent caseload of 7 x Section 7 reports per month.
- Providing high-quality assessments to the court regarding child arrangements.
- Conducting safeguarding checks and advising on the best interests of the child.
Requirements
- Social Work England Registration.
- Essential: Recent experience writing Section 7 reports.
- Alternative: Candidates from Child Protection (S47) or Child in Need (S17) backgrounds with significant experience writing court reports and attending hearings will be considered.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet strict court deadlines.
