Responsibilities include:
- Produce high quality work with a rapid throughput, combining increasing productivity with quality of casework.
- Deliver high-quality casework efficiently, maintaining both productivity and excellence in each case.
- Assess and establish the appropriate level of intervention and service provision.
- Offer specialised, early-stage guidance on safeguarding and child protection to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years' post qualifying experience in social work with children and families at risk.
