Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed home environment for a young person transitioning out of residential care.
- Offer the unwavering patience, structure, and emotional security required to help a child navigate early trauma and past disruption.
- Collaborate closely as a core practitioner within a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team to carefully plan every step of the child's transition.
- Foster independence, confidence, and self-esteem by accompanying the young person to school, social activities, and community milestones.

Qualifications
- Experience: A proven background within residential childcare, social work, child support, or education.
