Are you a Qualified Social Worker who's passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities? We're working with a highly supportive Children with Disabilities Team in the Bury area who are seeking a dedicated Locum Social Worker to join them in delivering outstanding care and tailored support to children with complex needs and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for a caseload of children with complex needs.
  • Undertake statutory assessments and writing reports.
  • Working directly with the child or young person and their family carer.
  • Participate in the planning and reviewing of cases.

To be considered for the Social Worker role:

  • 1-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting.
  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work.
  • Social Work England registration.
