Placement Overview
- Location: Remote island settings (Open to UK-wide candidates willing to travel).
- Perks Included: Accommodation is fully provided for the duration of the placement, and ferry expenses are fully covered/reimbursed.
- Commitment: Minimum 3-month block booking with 45+ hours per week (5-6 days a week with full schedule flexibility).
Shift Options
- Care Home Setting: Mainly long days (07:00-22:00), with occasional short shifts (07:00-15:00) or night shifts (22:00-07:00).
- Care at Home Setting: Flexible patterns between 07:00 and 23:00, conducting multiple home visits daily.
Pay Rates
- Umbrella: £21.00 per hour flat rate.
- PAYE: £17.91 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay).

- Willingness to relocate temporarily to island locations and work high-hour schedules.
