Pay & Rewards
- Hourly Rate: Starts at £13.45/hr, rising to £13.67/hr post‑engagement.
- Earn as You Learn: Progress at your own pace up to £14.15/hr.
- Sleepover Allowance: Generous £107.60 per sleepover worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Tailored Support: Deliver outcome‑based support plans and act as a dedicated Keyworker.
- Daily Living: Assist individuals with personal care, household chores, and community integration.
- Positive Environment: Implement low‑arousal support based on Studio 3 principles (focusing on reducing/eliminating restraint).
Requirements
