About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Registered Manager to establish the culture, team, and standards of a newly opened children's home in Berwick upon Tweed. Backed by an established, award-winning care group with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care, you will lead the home in accordance with Ofsted requirements, the Quality Standards, and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted and maintain regulatory compliance across all Quality Standards.

- Ensure children's voices actively guide care planning and support their life outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a management or deputy management role in an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting.
- Qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), or equivalent.
- Essential: Full UK driving licence, suitability for Ofsted registration, and ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
