Requirements
- GCSE maths and english or equivalent (evidence will be required)
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support role
- Full-time availability between standard business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Availability with one weeks notice
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Minute taking experience desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates may be subject to enhanced vetting / compliance checks including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of some work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role)
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails and general office correspondence
- Maintaining accurate digital records and physical filing systems
- Scheduling meetings, updating team calendars and arranging travel logistics
- Inputting data, processing invoices and preparing routine business reports
- Collaborating with wider internal teams to complete ad-hoc clerical tasks
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Taking minutes and distributing to relevant parties
- Reception duties
- Personal assistant support to organisational leaders
