Children's Residential Support Worker (Bank) - North East

We are currently seeking a compassionate and resilient professional to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker on a bank basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential care and support within a structured residential environment, helping children navigate emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care for children and young people facing emotional, social, or behavioral difficulties.
- Support the personal growth and development of residents through educational activities and tailored care plans.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment through flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, and sleep-ins.
- Serve as a positive role model, empowering young individuals to shape their own futures and achieve their potential.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
Qualifications
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this position.
- A commitment to professional development, including the willingness to complete all necessary training and qualifications.
- Previous experience in residential care or working with children facing complex challenges is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive within a collaborative, professional team.
