Randstad is expanding its Tailored Localised Care Service and requires compassionate Children's Support Workers for residential and community-based assignments across South Wales. We connect experienced practitioners with tailored support packages that prioritise continuity and quality support that deliver the best outcomes for young people.
Summary of Duties

Delivering targeted care packages for vulnerable young people.

Assisting with community outings, life skill building, and social activities.

Supporting young people recovering from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).

Working alongside multi-agency teams, social workers, and care managers.
- Providing emotional support to children who can present with challenging behaviours
Essential Criteria

Prior experience in supporting vulnerable children or adults in complex settings, or specialised social care environments.

Familiarity with Autism, ADHD, Social Emotional and Behavioural Challenges, behavioural management, or mental health interventions.

Resilience, empathy, and strict adherence to safeguarding procedures.
