Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard, round-the-clock emotional and practical support to young people residing in the home.
- Build strong, meaningful connections to break down barriers and provide stability during challenging moments.
- Accompany young people to school, medical appointments, and organized leisure trips in the community.
- Maintain accurate electronic care records daily to track personal progress and maintain high standards of care.
- Assist with light housekeeping and domestic tasks while residents are at school to ensure a homely living space.
- Complete intensive shift blocks involving overnight stay duties away from home.
What we need from you
