Provide dedicated, dignified 2:1 person-centred support for an individual with complex sensory and behavioral needs in a calm, low-arousal setting.
Key Duties

Deliver personal care and support daily routines.

Facilitate sensory and leisure activities (garden time, music, water play, drives in the mobility car).

Identify signs of sensory overload and apply gentle, low-arousal de-escalation techniques.
Requirements

Resilience & Composure: Experience or confidence managing complex behaviors (loud vocalizations, physical distress) calmly.

Communication: Strong ability to read subtle non-verbal cues and body language.

Driving Licence: Clean UK licence preferred (for mobility vehicle).
