Provide high-quality day-to-day emotional, practical, and physical support to young people within therapeutic and secure residential settings.
Establish trusting relationships, act as a positive role model, and help develop essential life skills, daily routines, and educational engagement.
Manage complex or challenging behaviors using specialized physical and verbal de-escalation techniques.
Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential records in line with Care Inspectorate and regulatory standards.
