Are you an energetic, proactive Support Worker who loves getting out into the community and making a real difference?

We are urgently hiring 4 Support Workers to join an active, 24/7 supported accommodation service in Falkirk. This service supports incredible adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs-including non-verbal communication and epilepsy.

We need confident, active team players who can jump straight into community outings (think street football, bowling, and exploring local spots) while maintaining strong professional boundaries.

Shift Patterns & Flexibility

We understand that life requires flexibility! The service operates 24/7, and we are open to candidates looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Night-Only contracts.

  • Shifts Include: Earlies, Lates, Sleepovers, and Waking Nights.

  • Immediate Starts: The client is keen to get the right people onboarded straight away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Community Support: Accompany service users on social outings, bowling trips, street football games, and new community activities.

  • Complex Care: Provide direct, person-centered support for individuals with severe LD, autism, non-verbal communication, and epilepsy.

  • Professional Boundaries: Confidently manage and redirect inappropriate conversations or social media content, ensuring appropriate boundaries are maintained at all times.

  • Medication & Safety: Administer routine and rescue/emergency medications as required, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in care/support work, particularly with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.

  • Epilepsy Training: Emergency/rescue medication training or experience is highly desirable (full induction and extra training provided).

  • Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and proactive-you love being active and getting involved!

  • Professionalism: Confident setting clear boundaries and managing challenging behaviors or conversations appropriately.
