Responsibilities

- Managing residential, community, and emergency care packages in locations such as Birmingham, Cumbria, Peterborough, Southampton, and across the UK.
- Utilizing your expertise to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively, applying approved physical intervention and restraint techniques.
- Working collaboratively with social care teams, local authorities, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the young people in your care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in working with children and young people, with a specific focus on de-escalation and managing challenging behaviours.
- Full UK Right to Work is mandatory (Unrestricted status only; we do not provide visa sponsorship).
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own personal vehicle are essential.
- A willingness and ability to travel nationwide for short-term or ongoing care packages.
- Possession of a PMVA, Conflict Resolution, or Restraint Training certificate is highly preferred. (In-house training is available for suitable candidates who wish to complete this qualification).
