About the Roles Service Area: Role 1 (0-12 CLA Team): Oversee early permanency planning, adoption/fostering pathways, care proceedings, and long-term care plans for primary-aged children and infants. Role 2 (13+ CLA Team): Focus on adolescent safeguarding, placement stability, pathway planning, independent living skills, and preparing young people for adulthood.
