Your Role and Responsibilities

- Qualifications: Hold, be actively pursuing, or be prepared to complete an HNC in Social Services alongside an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People).
- Professional Registration: SSSC registration under the 'Residential Care Worker' category within the first six months of employment.
- Experience: Prior background supporting children or young people, preferably within residential or secure care settings.
- Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, strong crisis-management capability, clear written communication, and sound professional judgement.
