What You'll Do Provide daily emotional, social, and practical support to young people. Build trust and positive relationships using trauma-informed care. Support life skills, education, activities, and daily house routines. What We Need Passionate Resilient: A genuine heart for youth advocacy and care. Qualified or Willing to Learn: £14-£16/hr: Entry level - willingness to study towards SVQ Level 3 / HNC Social Services. £17-£22/hr: Fully qualified (SVQ 3/4 or HNC) with active SSSC registration and strong care experience.
