About the Role
We are seeking a confident, adaptable Autism Practitioner to empower autistic individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives
In this role, you will hold autonomy within your team to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality and promotes robust safeguarding
Key Responsibilities
Personalised Care: Deliver high-quality care guided by outcome-based support plans
Keyworker Role: Lead regular review meetings and shape support strategies alongside supported individuals and their families
Best Practice: Maintain accurate digital recording, comply with finance processes, and follow SSSC Codes of Practice
Low-Arousal Support: Implement low-arousal techniques following Studio 3 principles, focusing on reducing and eliminating restraint
What We Are Looking For
Credentials: SSSC registered (or willing to work towards a relevant qualification) and a PVG scheme member
Skills: Strong communicator with solid IT confidence, creativity, and adaptability
