If you understand the 'why' behind complex behaviours and thrive in a supportive, trauma-informed setting, Randstad wants to hear from you. We partner with local authorities and private residential providers across South Wales to deliver bespoke care packages.

We focus on person-centered placements, matching your therapeutic or behavioural skill set to young people who require consistent, dedicated support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing tailored support to children and teenagers facing childhood trauma or neurodivergent needs.

  • Facilitating safe community integration and accompanying young people on outings.

  • Assisting with family supervisions and mother-and-baby care programmes.

  • Applying proactive behaviours support techniques to de-escalate challenging situations.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in children's residential care, CAMHS, forensic care, or youth rehabilitation.

  • Practical understanding of neurodiversity (Autism spectrum, ADHD) and trauma care.

  • High emotional intelligence, patience, and unwavering professional standards.

Why Join Randstad?

  • Top Rates: £16.00-£20.00/hour via 100% PAYE.
