SHIFTS
12-Hour Day & Night Rotas
COMPENSATION & RATES
- Enhanced Day Rate: £15.69 per hour
- Night Shift Rate: £18.72 per hour
- Sleep-In Shifts: Available following day shifts (additional pay)
SHIFT PATTERNS
- Day Shifts: 10:00 - 22:00 (12 Hours)
- Night Shifts: 22:00 - 10:00 (12 Hours)
- Sleep-Ins: Option to complete sleep-in shifts following long day shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
- Executing safe manual handling techniques
- Managing and overseeing PEG feeding protocols
- Prompt and accurate administration of medications
- Delivering personal and physical care tailored to patient needs
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Driving: Female drivers strongly preferred due to rural shift locations and shift timings.*
- Experience: Practical experience with PEG feeds, manual handling, and medication administration is required.
- Availability: Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shift patterns.
- *Occupational Requirement: Exemption claimed under Section 9, Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
