Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, supervision, and ongoing support to foster carers and kinship carers.
- Complete high-quality Form K Assessments for kinship carers.
- Deliver training programs for carers to ensure safe, stable, and nurturing placements.
- Apply thorough assessment, analytical, and recording skills aligned with statutory safeguarding responsibilities.
- Promote an empathetic understanding of the needs of looked-after children and young people.
Key Requirements
- Qualification & Registration: Recognised Social Work degree (or equivalent) with active Social Work England registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' post-qualifying experience within a fostering service setting.
- Core Skills: Proven experience as a Supervising Social Worker and hands-on experience completing Form K assessments.
- Knowledge Base: Sound understanding of relevant legislation, statutory regulations, and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services (2011).
