We are recruiting active, confident, and compassionate Support Workers for full-time and part-time roles across two supported living services in Falkirk (Abbotsford Street) and Livingston (Jarvis Street).
The Roles & Responsibilities

Falkirk: Supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication, epilepsy, and complex care needs. You will engage residents in active community outings (bowling, street football, exploring local activities) and maintain clear, professional boundaries with appropriate redirection when needed.

Livingston: Supporting five men with mild learning disabilities and autism, including a young adult with a background of childhood trauma. Focus is on social inclusion, community visits, and accompanying residents to local venues and social activities.
Requirements

Previous care/support work experience with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Moving & Handling and Medication Administration training.

Experience or training in Epilepsy management and Emergency/Rescue Medication (highly desirable).

Strong interpersonal skills, firm professional boundaries, and an energetic, outgoing personality.

Flexibility to cover various shift patterns (earlies, lates, sleepovers, or night-only options).
