We are looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our highly automated Steelpark site. You will work in a multi-disciplinary shift team to keep production equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently.
What you will do:
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and get equipment back online quickly
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
- Record work and parts used in Pirana and keep job histories up to date
- Spot recurring issues, feed into root cause fixes and support continuous improvement
- Champion safe working and good housekeeping across the line
What you will bring:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline, or a recognised apprenticeship
- Strong hands-on electrical maintenance and fault finding experience
- A proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a shift team
- Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in high-volume or automated production is an advantage
