We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Key Accounts Executive based in Crumlin, Northern Ireland.
Location: 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday or longer days Monday to Thursday with a half-day Friday
Role Overview
This role involves managing the commercial relationships of multiple high-value contract manufacturing clients. The Key Accounts Executive (KAE) will act as the primary contact, cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships with existing key customers and prospective clients. The KAE will drive growth by maintaining and expanding sales of Randox products, including standard and OEM offerings, across global key accounts.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of contract manufacturing accounts.
- Develop and implement account strategies tailored to client needs, aligning manufacturing capabilities with client expectations.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive terms.
- Monitor account performance and sales targets, analyze client feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
Who can apply?
Essential Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science or Business-related discipline
- Previous sales or account management experience within B2B
- Demonstrable experience in growing accounts or sales
- Strong presentation skills in creation and delivery
- Possess a full driving license
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Sales/Account management experience within Life Science industries
- Good understanding of contract manufacturing
- Experience dealing with stakeholders such as Lab Managers, Scientists, etc.
