Location: Unit 2 Bishops Court, Warrington, WA2 8QY, or Randox Health Liverpool.

Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8:40am to 5:20pm, Monday to Friday.

What does this role involve?

• Ensuring the daily account management needs of hospitals, clinics and pharmacy customers are met.
• Communicating with medical and scientific communities through emails, written communications, presentations and meetings.
• Learning and retaining scientific knowledge to communicate with the medical and scientific community.
• Familiarizing yourself with various clinical and laboratory pathways employed by various markets.
• Establishing the most suitable corporate and contractual relationships within a diverse marketplace.
• Continuously collaborating with R&D and quality teams to provide scientific writing, strategy development and marketing to generate new business.
• Executing sales activities and fostering new and long‑term relationships with diverse customers.
• Managing financial aspects of customer accounts and pricing.

Essential criteria

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in a life science or medical discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for developing new relationships with diverse customers.
• Committed to continuous learning and self‑education in the biotechnology market.
• Scientific writing skills for PR, marketing and publications.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and laboratory software.
• Ability to confidently discuss, calculate and document financial status of customer accounts and pricing.

Desirable

• Previous work experience in the diagnostics / clinical pathology market.
• Previous work experience in the primary care market.
