We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the support team for our Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS). Location: Office based at 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF. Travel to other Randox sites will be required. Contract: Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 4 x 10 hour days per week. Mostly Monday to Thursday. What does this role involve? Data analysis and report generation associated with technical queries from RIQAS Schemes Maintenance and upkeep of our inhouse database. Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely fashion As well as providing technical advice you will assist in the training of RIQAS staff, Randox Representatives and distributors The provision of information and assistance in the promotion and development of our bespoke products. Administrative duties involved in the forecasting and production of RIQAS programmes. Provide effective communication with customers, distributors, and other business staff in relation to product changes or other information. Other administrative duties, as required. The Candidate: Essential: Fluent Polish Speaker Educated to at least Honours degree level in Biochemistry, chemistry, immunology or a life science sunject Excellent time management, communication, organisational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office packages). Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to demonstrate fast and accurate typing. Ability to learn and retain information quickly. Desirable (but not essential): Background in Biological Science.
