Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent. Working Hours / Shifts: 8am to 5.40pm Monday to Thursday and 8.40am to 12.40pm on a Friday. What does this role involve? This role is responsible for providing administrative support for learning and development activities across the business.. The main duties of the role include: Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programmes. Maintaining training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). Administering training plans and learning events. Monitoring training completion, producing routine reports. Supporting audit activities. Responding to Manager and employee training queries. Who can apply? Essential criteria: Experience in an administrative, training, compliance, quality, or customer service environment. Experience maintaining accurate records and data. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Desirable: Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS) or a similar data entry software. Experience supporting training administration activities. Experience engaging with internal stakeholders. Experience supporting internal or external audits. A relevant qualification or experience in Learning
