We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Customer Support Team Lead at our HQ on the Diamond Road, just outside Crumlin.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8.20am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. These shifts are subject to change and some flexibility will be required, including weekends. This role plays a vital role in promoting Randox Health services and enhancing client relationships. Assisting Customer Support Advisors with customer complaints and enquiries and escalating more complex issues with the Customer Support Manager.
Assisting the Customer Support Manager with the day to day running of the department within your team. Answering customer complaints and enquiries by phone and email. Logging all complaints and enquiries on the ticketing system. Ensuring all customer data is handled according to GDPR requirements. Complete KPI reports for the team at the end of each shift. Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries effectively. Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent customer service skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the site is quite remote. Experience dealing with customers via email and phone.
