Clinic Development Coordinator – London (Job Ref: 26/CDCM)

The Clinic Development Coordinator will provide administrative, organisational and project coordination support across clinic development and roll-out activities.

The role will work closely with the Strategic Development Executive, Corporate Executive, local clinic managers, Marketing and Events teams to help ensure that new clinic openings and development projects are well organised, communicated and delivered effectively.

A key focus of the role will be supporting the roll-out of new clinics, coordinating activity with local managers, assisting with visits to potential new sites, and supporting the planning and delivery of clinic opening events, including invitations, communications and promotional activity.

Location: 36-38 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6EY.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.

What does the Clinic Development Coordinator role involve?

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for new clinic rollouts and development projects.
• Assist with visits to potential new clinic sites.
• Work closely with local clinic managers to coordinate preparations for new clinic openings and ensure agreed actions and deadlines are followed up.
• Maintain clear project plans, action lists and timelines for clinic roll-out activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers as required to support the successful opening of new clinics.
• Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of clinic opening events and other launch activities.
• Coordinate event invitations, guest lists, communications and promotional activity in conjunction with the Marketing and Events teams.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials and communications relating to new clinic openings.
• Support Marketing and Events with relevant projects, campaigns, sponsorships and promotional events.
• Prepare regular updates, reports and basic dashboards as required to support the Corporate Office and senior management.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good project administration and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident liaising with managers and colleagues across different locations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work on own initiative while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• A professional and approachable manner when dealing with internal and external contacts.
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Relevant qualification or experience in business, marketing, events or project management.
• Knowledge or experience of property management.
• Experience coordinating events, launches or promotional activities.
