We have a new opportunity for a Learning Systems Administrator, within our training team.
Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 8am to 5.40pm Monday to Thursday and 8.40am to 12.40pm on a Friday.
What does this role involve?
This role is responsible for providing administrative support for learning and development activities across the business. The main duties of the role include:
- Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Maintaining training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Administering training plans and learning events.
- Monitoring training completion, producing routine reports.
- Supporting audit activities.
- Responding to Manager and employee training queries.
Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
- Experience in an administrative, training, compliance, quality, or customer service environment.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS) or a similar data entry software.
- Experience supporting training administration activities.
- Experience engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits.
- A relevant qualification or experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Business Administration or related discipline.
