Role Overview
Technical Administrator to support the Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS).
Location
Office based at 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF. Travel to other Randox sites will be required.
Contract & Working Hours
Full-time, Permanent.
4 x 10 hour days per week. Mostly Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and report generation associated with technical queries from RIQAS Schemes
- Maintenance and upkeep of the inhouse database
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely fashion
- Providing technical advice and assisting in training of RIQAS staff, Randox Representatives and distributors
- Providing information and assistance in the promotion and development of bespoke products
- Administrative duties involved in forecasting and production of RIQAS programmes
- Providing effective communication with customers, distributors, and other business staff regarding product changes or other information
- Other administrative duties as required
Candidate β Essential
- Fluent Polish Speaker
- Educated to at least Honours degree level in Biochemistry, chemistry, immunology or a life science subject
- Excellent time management, communication, organisational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office packages)
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to demonstrate fast and accurate typing
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Candidate β Desirable
- Background in Biological Science
- Previous experience in a technical/customer support role
- Understanding of proficiency testing software
