Location: Office based – 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered: Full‑time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:40 – 17:20

About the Role: We are seeking six motivated and highly organised Business Trainees to support administrative and operational functions across the Private Office, Supply Chain, and Finance departments. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain broad exposure to business processes and develop essential professional skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Support internal teams with reporting, tracking, and coordinating activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts in a professional manner.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, or financial documentation (Finance‑related tasks).
  • Support supply‑chain activities such as stock tracking, order coordination, and logistics administration.
  • Provide assistance to senior management or Private Office functions as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support across departments, including document management, data entry, and scheduling.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Essential Criteria:

  • Recently completed secondary education (e.g., A‑Levels or equivalent).
  • Or have completed studies in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  • Ability to manage inbound calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency with everyday IT programmes.
  • Eligibility to work within the UK, without visa sponsorship.

Desirable:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
