This role is responsible for ensuring that a high quality, personalised experience is provided for all private medical companies using Randox pathology services. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring the daily account management needs of hospital, clinics and pharmacy customers are met
- Communicating with medical and scientific communities through a number of methods such as emails, written, presentations and meetings
- Learn and retain scientific knowledge to be able to communicate with the medical and scientific community
- Familiarise yourself with the various clinical and laboratory pathways employed by various sectors of the market
- Establishing the most suitable corporate and contractual relationship within a diverse marketplace
- Continually speak with the R&D and quality teams to provide a mix of scientific writing, strategy development and marketing as a means to develop more business
Qualifications
- Qualified to at least bachelor's level or equivalent in a life science or medical discipline
- Excellent communication skills to develop new relationships with diverse customers
- Commitment to continued learning and self education in the biotechnology market
- Scientific writing skills for PR, marketing and publications
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications and laboratory software applications
- Be able to confidently discuss, calculate, and document the financial status of customer accounts and pricing
Desirable
- Previous work experience in the diagnostics/clinical pathology market
- Previous work experience in the primary care market
