Location: 25 Regent Cres, The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8BL.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 9:40am to 6:20pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Vaccination: Must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get vaccinated following a successful interview stage.
Disclosure: In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Right to Work: Must have legal right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months from application date; no visa sponsorship available.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
- Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
- Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
- Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
- Engage in upselling and cross‑selling at our private health clinic.
- Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
- Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
- Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
Essential Criteria
- Previous phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
- Confident in using IT programmes.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Desirable
- Experience in a private healthcare setting.
- Experience in customer service.
- 2 years experience in phlebotomy.
- Sales/retail experience.
