Location: Eldon Square, Percy St, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 7RR.
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, across 5 days – including some weekends and evenings.
Legal requirements: You must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS).
- Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
- Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
- Represent the company professionally at off‑site events and appointments.
- Engage in upselling and cross‑selling at our private health clinic.
- Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
- Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
- Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
- Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training.
- Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility to work from off‑site locations at least once per month.
- Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in a private healthcare setting.
- Experience in customer service.
- 2 years experience in Phlebotomy.
- Valid UK driving licence.
