Role Description: This is a full-time permanent Junior Pipeline Developer role based in Marylebone, offered on a hybrid basis with a mix of in-studio and work-from-home days, post successful probationary period. The Junior Pipeline Developer will help identify workflow challenges, troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical tools and solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability and usability of the overall pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Python and programming fundamentals.
- Good understanding of software development principles, including maintaining and improving existing codebases.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with artists and technical teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable troubleshooting software and operating system issues in a production environment.
- Good understanding of files, directories, file paths, permissions, and environment variables.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Right to work in the UK, with London-based applicants preferred.
