Our private family office client is currently seeking a highly organised and discreet PA to join their close-knit team in Ingatestone, Essex. Providing comprehensive support, the office manages a broad range of personal and professional matters from estate management and travel arrangements to scheduling personal appointments and offering support to extended family members.
You should be full-time, on-site and be a confident, resourceful individual who can seamlessly manage a variety of daily tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Private Healthcare and pension on offer. Driver essential to get to location.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Managing an extensive, ever-changing diary, including professional and personal appointments
- Coordinating complex national and international travel itineraries
- Overseeing household staff and managing domestic scheduling
- Liaising with service providers and managing utilities
- Planning and coordinating special events on occasion
- Discreetly sourcing and purchasing gifts
- Providing wider support to family members as needed
Skills required:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience in diary and travel management
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Calm under pressure with a personable, professional manner
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a private household or family office environment.
Working Days/Hours: 08:30-17:00 with occasional ad-hoc requests out of hours
Salary: £30K-£35K gross per annum depending on experience
