One of our private clients, a family based in Chelsea, London, is seeking an experienced, English-speaking ROTA Nanny to support the care and wellbeing of their three children (primary to high school). The role is mainly to look after the youngest child. This role will suit a professional nanny who is confident managing multiple children of different ages, setting clear boundaries, and providing consistent structure. One of the children has ADHD, so the nanny must be calm, firm when needed, and experienced in supporting children who benefit from routine and supervision.
This is a fully staffed household, therefore the role is fully child-focused. We are looking for someone who is confident, calm, and has a structured approach. The perfect nanny will be warm but firm, organised, proactive, and reliable. Native-level fluency in English is required for this position.
The nanny will take responsibility for after-school routines during the week and full-day care at weekends, ensuring the children’s schedules are well managed, engaging, and supportive.
Typical Schedule- Weekdays: 3:00pm – 7:30pm (with occasional evening babysitting)
- Weekends: 8:30am – 7:30pm (with some Saturday evening babysitting)
- ROTA position 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with flexibility if required during off period
- Flexibility required and 24h cover will be required during school holidays and when travelling with the family
- School pick-ups
- Taking the children to the park and outdoor activities
- Supporting homework and school-related tasks
- Organising stimulating, age-appropriate activities and play
- Managing routines and enforcing healthy boundaries
- Overseeing evening routine and bedtime
- Preparing school uniforms, bags, and items for the following day
- Maintaining tidiness of the children’s bedrooms and playroom
- Travel with the family during all school holidays
- Occasional involvement in dog walks with the children at weekends
