Our private clients are seeking a live-out Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household in St John’s Wood. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in formal, high-end private residences, who is confident working within a team and maintaining exceptional standards.

Schedule: 50 hours per week across 5 days (5 x 10-hour shifts) on a rota basis, with 2 days off per week. The earliest start time will be 7am and the latest finish time will be 9pm. Weekend availability is required as per rota.

Duties will include:

  • All hands-on cleaning and housekeeping to an impeccable standard
  • Maintaining organisation and presentation of all areas of the home
  • Supporting the dedicated Laundress when required
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and care of fine furnishings and finishes
  • Working collaboratively with the wider household team
  • Any other duties related to the upkeep and smooth running of the household

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience within formal, high-end private households, with impeccable housekeeping standards and a strong understanding of VIP etiquette. They will be detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment.

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £60,000 gross per annum

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
