Duties: will include working alongside the families long-term Tuesday – Saturday Housekeeper to cover all housekeeping and laundry duties to impeccable standards. It is important that the candidate is highly experienced in fine care and comfortable working in luxury/high-end settings. The role will also entail a significant amount of laundry and ironing including caring for delicate materials so the candidate must be experienced in this area too. Whilst you will work as a team with the long-term Housekeeper, given her many years with the family, you should be happy to be guided by her as you get to know the house and the family’s way of doing things. It would be a bonus if the candidate is open to occasional travel with the family.
Our private clients are seeking a highly professional live-out Housekeeper/Laundress for their high-end, 5-storey property located in Chelsea home to family of 5 and 2 pet cats. The family also employ 2 Nannies and second full-time Housekeeper., Applicants must have 5+ years in high-end private housekeeping with excellent checkable references and great longevity in previous jobs. Above all, it is essential that the candidate is highly discreet, respecting professional boundaries and the family’s private space within their home. Being a team player is key to this role and applicants should have a positive, can-do attitude who are happy to get stuck in where needed to ensure the smooth running of family life., Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
