Randle Engineering is seeking a passionate and dynamic Mechanical Engineer who thrives on solving real-world problems from the ground up. We’re a consultancy that values deep technical thinking, rigorous analysis, and cross-functional versatility.
At Randle Engineering, we don’t just build CAD models or run simulations — we engineer from first principles to develop innovative elegant solutions. The successful applicant for this role will be a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, capable of applying a range of skills and methods to solve challenging engineering problems both independently and as part of a small team.
We value and develop a full breadth of capabilities in our Engineers; therefore, the successful candidate will be capable of turning their hand to both design (from concepts through to component).
However, please note that this position is in the UK and requires existing UK work authorisation.
