The successful candidate will be required to understand internal processes, take responsibility for physical and system-based client records and data, be open minded to improvements and help by suggesting alternatives. Working with our team to understand and automate processes where possible.
A personable and positive approach is a must, ideally with the confidence to interact with clients, team members and provide support on reception, welcoming clients and answering phone calls. Providing support to the existing members of the admin team as well as the wider office as required.
