The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of training solutions, aligned to statutory and budgetary requirements. This role supports Rand Refinery to meet its regulatory and statutory requirements in the precious metals refining environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To:

  • Translate operational skills requirements into structured training programmes.
  • Ensure training complies with MERSETA, legislative, and audit requirements.
  • Responsible for training needs analysis across all business areas.
  • Develop, update and track training matrix per business area quarterly.
  • Implement skills development initiatives aligned to employment equity targets.
  • Manage all skills development programmes across all levels.
  • Implement internal technical training in line with business requirements and training needs.
  • Responsible for external training interventions and all related logistics.
  • Responsible for all training administration, training analytics and report writing.
  • Collaboration with the SHEQ Department with safety interventions to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Responsible for all young talent development programmes (Apprenticeship, Learnership, Internship & Graduate Programme) learner enrolment at SETA and providing learner support.
  • Plan, manage and deliver the annual training report (ATR) and workplace skills plan for Rand Refinery.
  • Manage E-Learning platform and provide customer reports/updates on mandatory online modules.
  • Responsible for all in-house/custom/bespoke content development and programme delivery.
