Purpose of the Position
To lead and oversee all administrative functions within the Security Department, ensuring effective control of security systems, records, compliance processes, and coordination across various security functions. The role provides governance, quality assurance, and strategic administrative support to security leadership.

- Coordinate all security administrative activities.
- Ensure standardisation and compliance of processes and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and reporting systems.
- Oversee access control processes for onboarding, transfers, terminations, vetting, polygraph coordination.

- Advise management on high-risk or sensitive access requests.
