The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling the Chief Executive (CE) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to concentrate on strategic priorities by ensuring the seamless and efficient management of their daily operations.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To:

  • Draft and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Summarize meeting discussions and action items, following up with relevant parties as needed.
  • Coordinate and provide support to CE and CFO through governance of meetings and taking of minutes, preparing presentations, collation of reports, and drafting memorandums.
  • Oversee diary and schedule management, coordinate meeting preparation and follow-up, foster key stakeholder relationships, manage report consolidation and distribution, prepare presentations, facilitate event logistics, arrange travel, and support ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects or events as assigned by the CEO and CFO.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the board and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and strategic support for high-impact decisions.
  • Coordinate and confirm all business and leisure-related travel arrangements (including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation) with the Finance department for both national and international business trips.
