Thrift Farm Day Nursery is an idyllic Early Years setting based onsite at the award-winning and locally adored Thrift Farm. We focus on nature-based play and outdoor learning, following a child-led curiosity approach to children’s development. We have new vacancies available for Seasonal Assistants, who wish to work during school holidays (13 weeks of the year), looking after children in both our day nursery with children aged 0-4, and holiday club with children aged 4-11. Hours available during these times are fully flexible; you can work part-time or full-time during the school holidays, it’s totally up to you!

What are we looking for:
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification, level 2 or above.
- Previous childcare experience, ideally in a day nursery or school setting.
- A passion for childcare.
- A full understanding of Safeguarding.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Due to our location, a full driving licence and own transport would be preferred.
Please note the nursery will be open from 7:30am-6:30pm, and holiday club 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, and so shift patterns will be rotating within these opening hours. Please make sure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.
