Thrift Farm Day Nursery is part of the Farm Day Nurseries Group, a leading early years education provider. Our ethos is focused on outdoor learning, natural materials and resources, and following a “child led” learning approach, offering unique environments and learning experiences for the children in our care. We are currently recruiting for our idyllic day nursery located at Thrift Farm in Whaddon.
We are looking for an experienced and confident Early Years Educator to join us on a full-time basis, assisting the Manager with the day-to-day running of this unique farm-based setting.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for confident Early Years professionals who are motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hardworking team. You will thrive in a busy environment and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You should be confident in all areas of the EYFS and implement accordingly, with experience in a similar role.
You will ideally have a relevant early years qualification, level 3 or above, though we will consider level 2 and unqualified applicants with experience. Due to our rural location, you should have a full driving licence and your own transport as there are no public transport links nearby.
This position is based on a full-time, 36-hour per week contract over 4 days. Please note the nursery is open from 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and shift patterns will be rotating within these hours. Please ensure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.
