Due to continued success and expansion, we are excited to announce that we are now recruiting for our idyllic day nursery onsite at the locally adored Thrift Farm in Whaddon. We are looking for an experienced and confident Early Years Educator to join us on a full time basis, to assist the Manager with the day-to-day running of this unique farm based setting.

Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for confident Early Years professionals, who are looking to get their teeth into a new challenge. You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS and implement accordingly, and have experience in a similar role. You will ideally have a relevant early years qualification, level 3 or above, though we will consider level 2 and unqualified applicants with experience.
Due to our rural location, you should have a full driving licence and your own transport as there are no public transport links nearby. This position is based on a full time, 36-40hr per week contract based over 4/4.5 days. Please note the nursery is open from 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday and so shift patterns will be rotating within these opening hours. Please make sure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.
