Site Fabricator/Welder (CSCS)
Global Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced steel Fabricator / Welder to join our client\’s highly skilled team on a permanent basis (13-week initial probationary period).
Salary: Up to £20 per hour + time & a half overtime (CIS/Umbrella)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Day shift)
Location: Glasgow
Suitable candidates should have the following:
You must be experienced in all types of fabrication and welding to a high standard, with an emphasis on architectural steelworks, including stainless steel & aluminium.
You should have the ability to read engineering drawings and work independently in a site environment and on customer premises.
- Ability to assist steel fitters & erectors.
We require candidates who possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and are extremely flexible in their approach to all aspects of engineering and working hours.
Supervisory or leadership skills would be a distinct advantage but are not essential, provided skills are of a high standard.
You must have experience fabricating both architectural and structural steel. TIG welding experience would be an advantage.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- IPAF Card is an advantage.
